Canon’s Shockingly Affordable Portrait and Travel Kit

Canon has recently blessed the world with an amazing two-lens kit, perfect for any backpack photographer or on-the-go photo journalist. The portrait and travel kit comes with EF 50mm f/1.8 STM and EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM lenses, ideal for both landscape photography or photos of people.

Travel Lens

The Travel Lens provided in this kit (EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6) is almost as nice as the slightly higher end EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM, which normally costs $599. But with this kit, photographers can get two lenses only $349.99, much less than the EF-S10-22mm lens. Portrait Lens

The Portrait Lens provided in this kit is the EF 50mm f/1.8 STM. It can’t compete with the picture quality from lenses like the 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro lens or Sigma 50mm f/1.4 ART lens, but with price factored in, this lens is a steal.
