FitBit announced its plans to release an app specifically for people who love to walk. With the tagline “burning calories meets burning passion” the SoleMate app video showed users how easy it is to create profiles, such as “The Smoldering Stroller”, and seek out fellow steppers. As wonderful as this might sound, it was yet another a painful lie.
