Inside Fidel Castro’s Extravagant Life – Forbes
Forbes did an awesome job of putting the late Fidel Castro’s net worth and secretive, extravagant lifestyle into great perspective through a text-heavy video.

Cavaliers were so bored in their blowout win, they started flipping bottles – MASHABLE
My only gripe is J.R. Smith wasn’t there to participate in the festivities.

Parallel narratives: Clinton and Trump supporters really don’t listen to each other on Twitter
I thought this was a really compelling piece about the “filter bubbles” that exist all around us. This data piece by VICE and MIT illustrated how the news media completely overlooked a huge constituent of America because they were locked within its own echo chamber. It makes me realize the importance and advantage of maintaining a diverse news feed.

UFC 207: Ronda Rousey Returns – Ultimate Fighting Championship
She’s back. After losing the women’s bantamweight championship in disappointing fashion to Holly Holm, Ronda Rousey has all but physically disappeared from the face of the Earth. She returns to the UFC to face new champion Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 and you bet the UFC is going to push this as hard as they can. Rousey was one of their biggest draws as champion and will still be a huge draw as a challenger at UFC 207. The creative minds over at UFC carefully crafted this cinematic trailer to show the triumphant story of Rousey’s historic return back to the Octagon.

It’s time to get Cavs Roll’d!#ALLinORANGE || #CavsHWC pic.twitter.com/C2zCVNCR3T— Cleveland Cavaliers (@cavs) December 10, 2016
I’m usually not a fan of the Cavs sideline antics, including their bottle flip nonsense mentioned above. However, I am a sucker for corny 80’s music, and Rick Anstey is simply my guy. So, the Cavs, terrible lip syncing aside, tribute to the man on their throwback night was my favorite footage of the week…and an excuse to bump all things 80’s this weekend.
