It’s been a few months since the announcement of Adrian Wojnarowski leaving Yahoo! Sports for ESPN, and we now have a definite date on when he’ll begin. Starting July 1st, all #WojBombs will be coming from ESPN. What better day to start than on the first day of NBA free agency?
Wojnarowski has formulated into a prominent reporter and news breaker for the NBA over the last few years, and ESPN signed him away from Yahoo Sports after their layoffs. He built his own brand with The Vertical under Yahoo! Sports and now there are rumors that he will be bringing his team along with him to Bristol. This could possibly be a deal between The Vertical and ESPN to add more firepower to their depleted team.
Twitter found out about his official start date and has been having fun with it.
