Pepsi teamed up with Kendall Jenner to release this new ad.
**Note** Pepsi has removed the ad after backlash like you’ll see below.

There is only everything wrong with this video. We see reality star and supermodel, Kendall Jenner, ditch her photo shoot to stop a protest all by giving a police officer a can of Pepsi. The United States is currently in a peak time of outrage over racial injustice and having Kendall Jenner seemingly end it all by bringing some Pepsi to a protest obviously would fall flat. On top of all of that, they released the ad on the day Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated 49 years ago. The ad was produced by PepsiCo’s in-house content creation arm, Creators League Studio. Go ahead and hold this L, PepsiCo.
These are some of the best Tweets responding to Pepsi’s controversial ad.
The Kendall Jenner Pepsi fiasco is a perfect example of what happens when there’s no black people in the room when decisions are being made.
