coiski “King” Internship Program

We’re expanding our team through the coiski “King” Internship Program! We are looking for committed, passionate and innovative individuals that will help carry out our mission and positively extend coiski’s brand image.

You will gain knowledge in the media industry and aid us in news and feature writing, social media strategy, social media management, marketing and/or graphic design. Local and national internship positions are available.

coiski “King” Internship Program Requirements:

• Age requirements (18+)
• Must be comfortable talking in front of others.
• Be outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Be willing to learn about content creation.
• Possess time-management skills to meet deadlines and be on time to events.
• Must be reliable and committed.
• Possess knowledge of social media outlets: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Periscope and/or Twitter.

coiski “King” Internship Program duties might include:

Writing

• Blogging about daily news and happenings in the tech, social media and content creating worlds
• Formulating big content pieces, such as engaging lists and op-ed writeups
• Researching trends and hot-topic new pieces consistent with coiski’s content

Social Media

• Spend time formulating captions for Instagram, updates for Facebook and tweets for Twitter.
• Management of all social media platforms
• Learning the analytics of how each platform works and adapting content to reflect data findings
• Brainstorming sessions about engaging our audience
• Researching initiatives and special days having to do with our content
• Write at least one blog post per week (length varies)
• Scheduling Content

Graphic Design

• Creating top-notch, engaging social media graphics, such as photos, gifs and videos, that are creative for our various platforms
• Creating high quality lead imagery for our articles
• Creating energetic videos about our services and blog content
