We return our “Open the Box with George Kiel” series in ’19 with a visit to a diamond-in-the-rough shop in downtown Atlantic City, New Jersey called Ocean 1. This shop is uniquely located in the bottom of a parking garage – called The Arts Garage – next to museums and various, eclectic shops and mixes art with footwear for a truly, one-of-a-kind shopping experience.
