10 Ways To Improve Your Writing

7. Explore and Write What You See

Sometimes, you just need to get out of your space and go explore. A good tip for helping you write is going somewhere you’ve never been and walking around that area or being a “fly on the wall”. Listen and observe what’s going on around you while you write it down. This will allow you to be an observer and hone in on detail such as color, smell, sound, movement, and can really allow you to communicate all of that sensory content onto a page.
